Etty is an amazing and very talented chef who ensures great attention to detail, has innovative and creative ideas about dishes to serve, is collaborative in working with her hosts on their party and inventive in tailoring the menu to meet the requirements of all guests. I have been the fortunate recipient of several dinners and lunches cooked by
Etty Laniado. Her dishes are superb. Interesting, different and full of very tasty delights. One of her dishes, saddle of lamb cooked in wine with lemon and cream of aubergine was absolutely delicious. Miss Laniado is a very talented chef.
